As always our DT Theme this week is "Anything Goes". I fell in love with this image and had to have it.  I had this wonderful background paper with all the right colors.  It has glitter on it and makes the perfect background for this image.  I colored the image with my copics and popped up the image with pop dots.  I added the three enamel dots at the top which I made by melting pony beads.  I made the double ribbon bow from organza ribbon and love how it turned out. Our monthly challenge at Ching-Chou Kuik Digital Stamps Challenge for the month of March is Spring or Easter.  We also have a facebook page that you can play along with us there too.  So I hope to see you on both.  Come play along with us.

Spring Dreaming

Good Morning to you all.
Today is my day for your inspiration over at Ching-Chou Kuik Digital Stamps Challenge.   This month our challenge is "Easter or Spring"  I chose Spring and did my card in spring colors.  Spring is my favorite time of year with all the new flowers blooming.  I colored my sweet image with my copics and mounted her on a white card base with the designer paper behind her.  I wove the ribbon thro the paper and glued it to the back  I then added a pretty ribbon with my new bow maker.  I showed this image to my friend an she added the green gem at the top to add a bit more bling.  I did the background with eye shadow and then sprayed it with hair spray to fix it so it won't rub off.
I want to invite you all to come over to Ching-Chou Kuik Digital Stamp Challenge this month to play a long and you can find that website here:
We also have a facebook page to play along on as well with challenges there so get some cards made and join us in the fun.  I do hope to see you all there.
So till next time Happy Crafting to one and all.

Poppy Power Passion Flower

Hi everyone!  I am so happy with this image. I saw a card on the net somewhere that was similar but I changed it to be my own idea.  I took the flower from another one and I erased part of it so I could just have this part.   I wanted a background so I took some background stamps and stamped on a white sheet of card stock, and then I scanned it into my computer. I saved them as a jpeg.  Then I took the flower and erased the background. Once I erased the background I saved the flower as a png to save for later use.  I merged the flower over to the background and positioned it where I wanted it and saved it as a jpeg.    I will make my card with this one later. And I did another one with a script background and a purple flower.
I colored the flower with my copics with the RV colors and green for the leaves.

I do hope you all like it, as I am very pleased with this one.

Thanks for looking.

Good Morning to you all.
Today I am posting this gorgeous Peony by Little Blue Button.   You can find this image in the store here.   This is for the Challenge at Through The Craft Room Door Anything goes challenge.  For those who have not done challenges before that means you can make a card or mixed media or scrapbook page or what ever you want and enter it into the challenge that you will find here.
We also have a facebook page if you want to come down and join in the fun there and meet some really special people.  I am going to put the link to that here.
I colored this beautiful flower with copics a did two images so I could use foam dots to give it demention.  The paper in the back ground is from some I did with my Geli plate and it had some of the colors in it so I cut it down to fit.  The base card is hot pink card stock and on top of that just to make the background paper stand out I used white.  I did the corners with a fiskars punch and the sentiment is a fiskars punch as well.

I hope you like this one and will leave me a comment as I  do read each of them

Have a great Crafting day so will see you next time.

Inspiration by Linda "Bunch of Love"

Good Morning to you all!!  Today is my day for Inspiration for the Challenge at
 Ching-Chou Kuik Digital Stamps.
The Theme of our challenge this month is "Love All Around"  I used this image with the heart balloons called Bunch of Love for my card.  You can find this image at the Esty shop here:

I colored her with copics and mounted her on a white card base with the bottom layer a dp given to me by a friend that has passed away.  Then the next layer is just a piece of black to make the image stand out.  The hearts are from Fiskars punches, and the love is a sentiment from a friends punch.  We do share things like this but I use these a lot so I am considering buying my own.  The gems are just for some bling.  I hope you like my card.  I do hope you will leave me a comment on my card.

Good Morning all today I want to show you a Freebie that was given to us at TTCRD to play with and to promote The Artist that drew it.  First let me tell you about the image.  We all think it is a different flower but to me it looks just like the desert rose.  I colored it with my copics and used the Red violet colors as this is the color of the ones I have in my front yard.  I mounted it on the darkest pink card stock I had and used some digital polka dot paper for the background to layer it.  I didn't put any bling on it as I wanted it clean and simple as I will use it for a birthday card.
We will be giving this image away on our facebook page at Through The Craft Room Door for 48 hours starting the 4th of Feb.  Once that time is gone this will no longer be available so hurry over and join the fun.    Color the image and post it to the facebook page so we can see what you have done with it.  What fun to see how each person seeing an image differently.  You will see what all of us on the design team have done ours and all so different.  SO COME JOIN US!!!!

The Prize for this week with the sponsor of Kenny K is if your chosen to win you get to go to their store here and pick out 3 images.  I know you will have trouble choosing 3 images as there are dozens of wonderful images to choose from.  I do have quite a few from there and it took me hours to choose what I wanted.  So grab your coffee and go over and check out the site, then get something made and join us at TTCRD for a chance to win those wonderful images.

I colored this image with copics and matted it to a Black 5 1/2 x 5/12 card base.  I didn't add any embellishments but the brad to represent the hockey puck as it is for a boy.  I know he will love this one.  The sentiment was computer generated and added to the card.  I do hope you like this an it will inspire you to come join in the fun at Through The Craft Room Door Anything Goes Challenge this week.

Winter Blues

Good Morning to you all.  I colored this beautiful image by Ching-Chou Kuik Stamps.  I fell in love with her as you can use her for so many different occassions.  I am using her today for a Winter card.  I have made lots of card with here and I used her as a Christmas card this past year as well.  Unfortunately I didn't take a photo of that card.  I just made this one for a friend of mine's birthday as it is this next month and she gets depressed with the cold weather.  I did talk her into coming down to Florida from Ohio to visit for a while to get out of the cold weather, which makes me happy too.

Anyway I used copics to color her and a new die cut for the flowers.  That daisy is a tough one to do it is so many tiny pieces but I love the end result.  The small flowers there are punches but the swirls are I spellbinder die cuts.  The bow was made with my bow maker that hubby made me and the gems are by recollections.  The background paper is from a pack of paper that I got at Michaels that has several different cuts and colors like this one.  They are all 5x7 and fits so nicely.

I would like to enter this card into the anything goes challenge at Dies R Us Challenge "Winter Blues"  here.

I hope you will come join in the fun there with me.  You just need to do something for the Winter Blues and use die cuts in your creation.  I did enjoy doing this card as I am obsessed with die cuts and get one a month in a die cut monthly club through Paper Wishes. com.

So till next time Happy Crafting
